The McLean County Soil and Water Conservation District holds their Board Meetings on the second Wednesday of each month at the USDA Service Center located at 402 N. Kays Drive Normal, IL 61761.

-To provide leadership on conservation and wise use of the natural resources of McLean County.
-To create a balanced program that protects, restores, and improves our natural resources.
-To inform and educate the residents and cooperators about developing and applying a land ethic and sense of stewardship.
